AI growth teams for B2B founders

Say what you want. Your teams make it happen.

Send your Chief Orchestrator a voice note or a chat message in plain language. It turns your goal into a plan and coordinates your AI growth teams to deliver it inside the stack you already use. Every team works from one story: your Narrative Control Kit.

Nothing goes out until you approve it.

    The problem

You didn't start a company to manage a dozen marketing logins.

Most growing B2B companies run marketing on a pile of tools, freelancers and spreadsheets that don't talk to each other. The founder ends up as the integration layer: briefing, chasing, copying and pasting, and rewriting messages that drifted off-story.

Every channel tells a different story.Ads, emails, the website and sales decks drift apart, and buyers can't tell what makes you different.

You're the project manager.Nothing moves unless you write the brief, hand it off and check that it shipped.

Subscriptions pile up, results don't.Each tool does one job well and none of them know what the others are doing.

Fifteen moving parts. One founder holding them together.

    How it works

Narrative first. Then a team that scales it.

AI can produce a lot of marketing very quickly. If the story is unclear, it just spreads a confusing message faster. So every engagement starts by getting your story right, and every team you add works from that same foundation.

    Step 1 · Required foundation

    Narrative Control Kit

We grade your current narrative, find the gaps that cost you deals and write the Narrative Brief your teams will use.

    • Narrative Control Report Card
    • Positioning, value proposition and pillars
    • Message angles ready to test
    Step 2 · Shared memory

    Your client brain

The Kit becomes a single source of truth: your story, buyers, offers, competitors, voice and approved proof. Every team reads from it and keeps it current.

    Step 3 · Coordinated execution

    Chief Orchestrator + your teams

Choose the teams you need. Your Chief Orchestrator directs them toward the goals you set.

Why the Kit comes first. Your teams can't work without it. They write, target, sell and report from the Narrative Brief. Skipping this step would mean scaling a story that hasn't been tested yet.

    Your Chief Orchestrator

You set the direction. It runs the operation.

Your Chief Orchestrator sits above every team you hire. You tell it what you want the way you'd tell a trusted operator. It handles the plan, the handoffs and the follow-through.

    Understands
Turns a goal like "more meetings with ops leaders" into targets, deadlines and the teams it needs.
    Coordinates
Sequences the work across teams, so research feeds copy, copy feeds campaigns, and campaigns feed sales.
    Checks
Reviews every output against your Narrative Brief and voice before it reaches you.
    Asks
Brings you only the decisions that need you, in one approval queue.
    Reports
Sends a weekly recap in plain language: what shipped, what worked and what's next.

    Voice notes and calls

Record a voice note between meetings, or get on a call and talk it through. Your Chief Orchestrator turns it into a plan for you to review.

    Dashboard and chat

Chat with your Chief Orchestrator, approve work, see what each team is doing and track the numbers, all in one place.

    Simplicity

Fewer tools to babysit. One system that runs.

    • A separate login, bill and learning curve for every job
    • Messaging rewritten from scratch in every channel
    • Manual handoffs between research, content, campaigns and sales
    • Fragile automations nobody owns
    • Reports stitched together by hand, if they get made at all

    Running marketing with LeadGenesys

    • One conversation. You give instructions to your Chief Orchestrator, not to ten tools.
    • One story. Every asset comes from the same Narrative Brief.
    • One approval queue. Everything that needs you, in one place.
    • Automated workflows. We build and maintain the integrations, so work moves between teams on its own.
    • One weekly recap. What shipped, what worked and what's next, in plain language.

Keep the tools you like. We'll connect them.

Your teams work inside your existing CRM, inbox, calendar and ad accounts, so your data stays where it already lives. Where a tool is only there to cover a gap, a team usually covers it instead.

    Questions

    Before you start

Why do I have to buy the Narrative Control Kit first?

Every team takes its direction from the Narrative Brief the Kit produces. That's how the copy, the targeting, the sales material and the reporting all tell the same story. Without it, the teams would be guessing, and AI would just spread that guesswork faster.

Can I buy individual AI employees instead of teams?

No. The employees on a team are built to hand work to each other, and the results come from that coordination. Buying whole teams also means no gaps between roles for you to manage.

What exactly does the Chief Orchestrator do?

It takes your goals and instructions by voice note, call or chat, and turns them into a plan. It assigns the work across your teams, sequences the handoffs, checks each output against your brief, and brings you only the decisions that need you. It's included when you choose your first three teams.

Do I have to replace my current software?

No. Your teams work inside your existing CRM, email, calendar and ad accounts. During setup we map your stack, connect what's worth keeping and point out tools you may no longer need. Whether to cancel them is up to you.

Will anything go out without my approval?

No. Anything public or customer-facing waits in your approval queue. You can choose to pre-approve routine items later, once you trust the output.

When will the Customer Growth team be available?

It's in development. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know as soon as it opens to current clients.

Get the story right. Then hand it to a team that never stops.

The Narrative Control Kit is the first step for every LeadGenesys client. It gives you a clear story you can use right away, and it's the foundation your teams and your Chief Orchestrator will work from.
